Feedback received in 2011

Hi Kate 

I purchased some fuschia crutches a couple of months ago and wanted you to know how many compliments I have received i.e. where did you get those crutches. 

My operation over, although wont know if it has worked for approx. 6-9 months , I have found the crutches comfortable to use and am now just about to go down to a single crutch. 

Thank you for your help whilst I was deciding which to purchase. 

I will without hesitation recommend the company.

I hope you don't mind me contacting you but we bought one of your crutch bags and it has been fantastic. I just wanted to let you know that I have had so many comments about it as nobody appears to have ever seen one! Everywhere I go people remark on what a good idea it is - even when I was at the hospital recently in the plaster room the nurses thought it was fabulous.
Anyway, just a bit of feedback for you!

Hello I found your website for chic aid and rang you. I purchased a pair in purple with mint green handles and they are great and so comfortable to use. I also had a pair of straps even though you advised that they wasn't very good on these crutches, but I have found them to be a great

My Mother's crutches arrived today, great service! 
Do you sell black ferrules for when the originals ware out?
I've tried for years to get "unusual" crutches for my Mum but only found them for kids, not adults. 
I will certainly pass on your details for others that ask, my Mum's kept your card in her purse just in case anyone asks.
